Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Wedding OS (“the Service”), operated by Stoked Seagull (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Description of Service

Wedding OS is an AI-powered wedding management platform that helps users plan and coordinate events. Features include guest list management, RSVP collection, event scheduling, AI chat assistance, and guest communications via email and SMS.

Wedding OS acts as a tool that enables users to communicate with their own invited guests. Wedding OS does not initiate independent communications with recipients.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages
• Engage in marketing, promotional messaging, or spam
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content

You are responsible for all content you upload, send, or share through the Service, including guest information, messages, and event details.

SMS/Text Message Terms

User Responsibility and Consent

By using Wedding OS messaging features, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consent from recipients before submitting their phone numbers and sending messages through the Service.

You agree that recipients have an existing personal relationship with you (such as friends, family, or invited guests) and that messages are directly related to a specific event.

Nature of Messages

Messages sent through Wedding OS are transactional and informational, including:

• Invitations
• RSVP requests
• Event reminders
• Schedule updates
• Event-related communications

Wedding OS may not be used for marketing, advertising, or promotional messaging.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on event activity and user actions. Guests typically receive between 1–10 messages per event.

Message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions

Recipients may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

• STOP — to unsubscribe and receive no further messages
• HELP — for assistance

After opting out, recipients will no longer receive SMS messages related to the event.

Sender Identification

All messages are sent on behalf of the event host and will clearly identify the sender and context of the communication.

Carrier Disclaimer

Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Stoked Seagull and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for providing the Service.

Payment and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stoked Seagull is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or harmful conduct.

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
